Dear Mr. McMeen,
We would like to rent the
one-bedroom unit a Designer's dock this summer, if you are still offering it
for rental.
We stayed there the week
after Carnival week in the summer
of 2006.
You never saw us after we moved
in, I guess. My husband was writing a grant proposal, and I was
painting at the fine Arts Work Center.
But we had a wonderful time, even
if it was a working vacation, and we very much want to return.
Is this possible?

Hi, it's Alma Villanueva. My boyfriend Brian Andrson and I stayed in the 2
bdrm last summer for 4 days. First of all I wanted to thank you for the
lovely holiday card. I hope that you kept warm and that your holiday
season was a good one. I apologize for the delay, but I wanted to thank
you for giving us the chance to stay in your wonderful condo. We enjoyed
ourselves very much and looked forward to staying there again this summer.
Regretfully we will be unable to vacation away from home since both of our
schedules have taken a chaotic turn. Although this summer will be spent at
home, we had such a nice time and were so satisfied with our stay in
Provincetown that we promised ourselves that in 2008 we will be sure to
stay at least a week. I hope that you will have us!

Hi Albie,
I just wanted to write to you to
thank you for allowing us to rent your place and for dealing with the
problem issue so quickly. I absolutely loved your place and it was a treat
to be right below my best friends - Erica, whitney and heidi etc... - they
all had a blast as well. Kendra, my girlfriend, has had surgery and her
achilles is on it's way to repairing itself...it was quite the dampener of
the weekend but she is in good spirits and it was nice to have such a
beautiful place to
recovery. She said to pass on her
thanks as well.
I would love to let you know
right now that we will absolutely rent out the downstairs place again next
year if you would consider having us back. This time I will only be
putting forth money for myself,
Kendra and Kimi...for the 2 bedrooom place. Let me know if this is ok...

August 9, 2005 Alby.......just a short note to say
"Thanks" again for a wonderful stay in P-Town........the extra week this
year was more than worth it. We're already trying to figure out how to
stay longer next year.......
And, by the way........did you provide those beds in the
Studio unit or were they there when you bought the place? They are
sooooooooooo comfortable, I was wondering if you knew what brand they are?
We never woke up feeling anything other than totally rested!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom accommodations at
Designer's Dock during Women's Week this year. We had such a wonderful
time that we would like to reserve the same accommodations for Women's
Week 2005! Our friends had the reservations in their name this year (Laska
and Berger).
Please notify us if it is available during
this time and when we would need to send the deposit to you. You had my
partner's number but here are both of our cell numbers in case you need to
call.
We look forward to hearing from you and are
excited about going back.

I'm inquiring this year not about the studio, as in the past, bur about
the 2-bedroom. A friend almost has me convinced to go to Provincetown for
July 4 this year, and the website says the 2-bedroom is available. Before
I hustle to make plans and send you a deposit, I want to make sure that it
hasn't been recently booked.
Also, I'm fuzzy as to the layout. I know the 2-bed is on the beach, but
can't remember whether it's at ground level or upstairs, or what it has
for deck space. Also, I assume that like the studio it has a computer
(that's a WONDERFUL feature of your place, btw -- along with the
washer/dryer!, natch!!). Thanks, hope to see you again this year.

Thank you so much for this wonderful place.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy our holiday
weekend. Again, we're very sorry about the miscommunication with the tent
and the visitors. I hope this did not cause any inconvenience to anyone.

wonderful to hear from you. I hope this email finds you well.
We would love to stay
with you again during family week, and would love to stay in the same room
as last year, the 2 bedroom with the deck aside the portrait gallery,
downstairs. We loved having a deck that lead right to the beach of the bay,
it was a wonderful place!!!
Please advise me on what
you need to receive from me to secure this room for us to check-in Sat.
7/31, and check-out Sat. 8/6, and I will put it in the mail immediately.

| Happy NewYear Albert- Im not sure if u will remember me and
my family....? We had a wonderful stay at the 3 bedroom at DD during family
week of 04. My eldest dropped the olive oil the very first moment we met!!!
It was a pleasure to meet you, Kyle and the other gallery owners- everyone
was wonderful to us. We would like to rent the 3 bdroom again for Family
