This is the sitting area of the Studio unit, equipped with
TV, VCR, Stereo and computer in the wall unit. There are cabinets with audio
and video tapes. There are
3 upholstered chairs. A bookcase has books. Glass doors lead to the
waterview deck with gas grill. |

From the entrance door is a fully renovated kitchen with a full stove and
refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are dishes
and pots and pans in the cupboards. The bath is off to the left. The dining
table and chairs is beyond right in front of the glass wall leading to the
deck. |

The bed area has twin beds that can be made-up into a king
for couples. The beds are tucked behind the birch wall unit. A ceiling
fan is above the bed and the unit is air-conditioned. |

The bath, with its newly tiled floor has a large shower, but no tub. All fixtures are new. |
